2. Will not aggravate your neck or affect your shoulder.
3. Is designed to keep your spine in alignment
4. Is based on your body’s measurements as well as your preference.
5. The pillow’s height should be 4 to 6 inches, properly supporting the head and the neck (and shoulders when you are lying on your back).
